Faber Castell Watercolour Pencils (Albrecht Durer)
These are a water soluble pencil that can be used dry or with water to produce water-colour effects. Once dry the pencil becomes permanent (water-resistant) allowing new work to be added in layers. They are considered a high-quality/ professional pencil.
