Princeton Velvetouch Long Handle Bright 6 Brush

Princeton Velvetouch Long Handle Bright 6 Brush

The Princeton Velvetouch Long Handle Bright Brush is similar in shape to a traditional flat brush but features shorter bristles, giving it greater firmness and control.

This shorter bristle length makes the Bright particularly effective when working with thicker acrylic and oil paints. Rather than simply laying paint onto a surface, it allows artists to push, spread and manipulate colour with greater precision.

Its straight, square-ended profile produces strong, defined marks, making it useful for both structured painting and expressive techniques.

Ideal for:

• Applying and manipulating thicker paint
• Blocking in colour and establishing shapes
• Creating bold, controlled brushstrokes
• Building texture and visible brush marks
• Painting defined edges and smaller areas

The Velvetouch Bright is especially useful for artists who prefer a firmer brush with a little more resistance when working paint across the canvas.
